42 Cards Simple Stories Simple Vintage Rustic Christmas Collection, Part 1

Welcome Friends! In today’s Part 1 video I create my first 20 cards using the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Rustic Christmas 6x8 paper pad and the Woodland Bits & Pieces and the Bits & Pieces. This is another of those collections that I immediately loved at first glance. I love rustic greens, reds, and grey hues and the vintage feel.  Also made 10 scraps to beauts cards out of virtually no scraps and reflected on lessons learned during the process. Watch the video to see how the bits & pieces make this process easier quicker.  I had a TON of issues editing this video and it’s been delayed so long as a result AND I had to split it in two parts which wasn’t my initial intention L.

Card Measurements:
Slimline cards measure 3 ¾ x 8 ½; PP = pattern paper; CS = cardstock. All measurements in inches.

Cards 1 & 2: Mats 3 ¼ x 8; PP panel 3 x 7 5/8

Cards 3 & 4: Mats 3 ¼ x 8 ¼; PP panel 3 x 8

Cards 5 & 6: Mats 3 3/8 x 8; PP panel 3 ¼ x 7 7/8

Cards 7 & 8: Large/black PP 3 ¼ x 8; Focal image/Santa 2 5/8 x 8

Cards 9 & 10: Matted at 1/8; Focal image/Santa 2 ¾ x 8; thin PP strip 5/8 x 8; red glitter banner ½ x 2

Cards 11 & 12: Green frame 3 3/8 x 8 1/8; PP focal image 3 1/8 x 8

Cards 13 & 14: Largest PP/Trees 1 ¾ x 8; Deer PP 1 7/8 x 7; cut apart trimmed ¼” off left & right sides

Cards 15, 16 & 17: Mat 3 ½ x 8 ¼; Largest PP 3 ¼ x 8; green strip 3/8 x 7 3/8

Cards 18, 19, 20: Mat for 18 & 19 3 ¾ x 8 ½ & Card 20 – Mat 3 ½ x 8 1/8; Trees PP 3 ¼ x 8
