Northern Lights Postage Collage - Aurora Borealis | Cherish The Little Moments

Welcome Friends. 💜 I’m always in awe of the pictures I’ve seen of the northern lights, so I incorporated them in today’s design using the emboss resist technique. According to Google, the northern lights were visible in 10 states on November 13, 2025. Also known as the aurora borealis, the northern lights is a natural light display caused by solar wind particles from the sun interacting with Earth's magnetic field. These interactions result in vibrant green, red, and blue curtains of light in the northern hemisphere night sky. The visibility and intensity of these auroras fluctuate.

A fabulous group of crafty friends is getting together this week to raise awareness about suicide prevention. We know this topic is not as cheerful as most of our regular posts.; however, deaths by suicide are rising…yet preventable.

This week, we aim to help you learn more about the warning signs, how to initiate a genuine conversation with someone, and where to find resources for support.
