Art Journal Therapy – Lead With Conviction Caged Bird | Mixed Media Affirmation Cards

Welcome Friends 💜 Art journaling is so soothing, it’s therapeutic. For me, it helps to mitigate artist block or loss of my creative mojo. Watch as I create my own mixed media mini-masterpiece with stamps, dies, rice paper, ephemera, stencils, inks, texture paste, and more - to get my creative juices flowing.
